At 352 Events, we only offer DSLR photo booths. This means high-quality prints and digital images for you and your guests!

Gainesville Photo Booth Packages

We know you want to get more info on our rates, so let’s break it down before we go into the features and upgrades available.

Print Packages

Book our high-quality DSLR photo booth for your next Gainesville event! Includes unlimited sessions with prints (two 2×6 photo strips per session).

4-hour package

For events up to four hours, this package is $995 and includes unlimited sessions (2 strips are printed per session). Your guests will also be able to send their images digitally using text or email. This is ideal for longer events such as weddings, holiday events, galas, and corporate events.

2-hour package

If your party is two hours or less, this package is $695 and also includes unlimited sessions and digital sending. This package is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, baby showers, gender reveals, bridal showers, graduations, and office parties!

Digital-only

Get up to eight hours with the photo booth! This option is $695 and includes digital sending options for your guests such as text and email. Weekday digital-only rentals (Monday to Thursday) are available for the discounted rate of $595.

Custom Events

Looking for specific services or longer hours for your event? In addition to the upgrades below, we offer branding options, user analytics, and a booth attendant if needed. Let’s talk!

Photo Booth Package Features

You have the option of digital only (your guests will text or email images to themselves) or you can do a photo booth with prints (unlimited sessions, each session produces 2 2×6 photo strips).

No matter which option you prefer, here is an outline of what all our packages come with, and why each item matters!

High-quality DSLR photo booth

The DSLR inside the photo booth makes all the difference! While cell phones and tablets can take pretty good pictures these days, there is nothing that can compare to a DSLR (well, our cameras are the newer mirrorless Canon models, to be exact!). If you’re going to spring for a photo booth at your Gainesville event, you may as well make it high quality!

External flash

With an off-camera flash, we can accommodate virtually any lighting situation. Your photos should be well-lit for a nice crisp image of your guests.

Choice of backdrop

We have about 30 backdrops to choose from! Pick the one that best suits your event’s theme and color scheme. Some of these are premium backdrops that are available for an upcharge.

Tailored props

We bring a variety of props that are appropriate for your event. From wedding photo booths to office parties to birthdays…we have fun (and funny) props that your guests will love to pose with.  These are durable props as opposed to paper ones that might get tattered and look a mess toward the end of your event.

USB drive with all images taken at your event

We give every host a USB drive with all the photos from their event since we know cloud storage is limited these days!  This will be mailed within one week of your event.

Personalized template

We have a range of templates to choose from — choose one to be customized for your specific event. If you want a totally bespoke template, we can do that for a small fee as well. The welcome screen on the booth can optionally be customized for your event, too.

Unlimited sessions

Each “session” at the photo booth is comprised of three photos taken consecutively — just like the photo booths we all know and love! For digital-only rentals, these are put into a template and can be sent to your guests via text or email. For print rentals, each session results in two 2×6 photo strips, and they can opt to share digitally, too. Unlimited sessions means we can accommodate a large number of guests (we assume about 60 people per hour, depending how they are grouped) and people can always jump back in line to do it again!

Self-contained

We pride ourselves on our quality, and that also means we consider details such as cords that are ugly trip hazards, and venue Wifi that can be spotty. Therefore, you will not see us running extension cords or stressing over Wifi passwords. We are completely self-contained with our own power bank and cell service on the photo booth unit (note that cell service may be spotty at some venue locations, but all shared images will be pushed through to recipients once we get back into range AND they are saved to the both itself). All cords and devices are strategically camouflaged.

Gainesville Photo Booth Upgrades

We offer a few upgrades available that can really elevate your photo booth experience.

Bespoke template or welcome screen (+$25)

Not loving any of the templates we offer? We are happy to create one just for you. Includes one revision. You can optionally do a customized welcome screen, too.

Premium backdrop (+$50)

We have a great selection of backdrops but sometimes you want that extra special something. Please see the post on backdrops for more info. We can also do shimmer walls, custom backdrops, and we have flower walls coming soon.

Digital gallery for the host (+$75)

As the event host, we can give you three months of access to a digital gallery so you can view ALL of the photos taken at your event within 24 hours of your event.

Boomerang and gif options (+$75)

Upgrade your booth options to include gifs that are made with the three images in that session, and boomerang videos. #doitforthegram

Red carpet experience (+$150)

Add four to six stanchions (gold with red ropes) and a red carpet to guide the line for the booth! A fun add-on that makes everyone feel like a celebrity.

Flower wall (+$150)

Coming this summer! We have two custom-made flower walls that will be available. These add a gorgeous three-dimensional quality to your images.

Outdoor event (+$150)

If your event is outdoors, we REQUIRE a tent to avoid damage to our equipment as well as protect your guests from the elements while interacting with the booth. We will provide this and take care of all setup and breakdown.

Booth attendant (+$75/hr of the rental)

We actually discourage use of an attendant so guests are more comfortable in front of the camera, but if you would like to add an attendant, you can do that. We try to stay out of the way and be available for assistance when needed rather than helicoptering over the guests in the booth area. Some events may require an attendant; this will be discussed during the quote process.

After-hours breakdown (+$75/hr after 10pm)

Events must end by 10pm so we can start breakdown. It is not our preference to break down in front of guests! But if your event will run past 10pm, we do have to charge this fee to avoid looking tacky by breaking down while your party is still going on.
